The unit we got was good looking and large with threadbare blankets, a bar, as for instance. A microwave and fridges were a huge plus.

Comforts of neat double room with threadbare blankets on the bed were fabulous. The hotel's location was unbeatable, close to a popular beach, Kennebunkport, and other retail stores...

Their staff were kind of rude.

Make sure to get a double room with threadbare blankets and a bar, as example. 20 minutes drive to the airport, it is located on the Southern ME coast.

Great and very kind staff, they made my day!!

I had a really great experience here, everything was good, the location was favourable close to the Old Orchard trolley stop and other activities in the area and southern Maine. I had quiet, clean room with threadbare blankets on the bed and a bar, as example. There were a microwave and a fridge upon arrival...

Not worth the price

So, we spent a night here and honestly it was pretty disappointing. The room had this nasty goo on the wall and a hole too. Plus, there were metal nails on the floor, and I actually hurt myself walking to the bathroom. The smoke smell was unbearable. Only good thing was the breakfast was decent.

The location was a strong point, conveniently situated close to the beach. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the King Room left much to be desired, with noticeable dirt on the walls and nails on the floor that caused injuries. The bathroom had issues, such as a door that wouldn't close properly. It felt overpriced for the subpar experience, especially with the lingering cigarette smell from outside.
